ONLINE STORES

If you are interested in selling online please send a link of your store's website to info@StarletSatin.com.  We will review your online store and see if we are in cahoots with each other prior to making a decision.

TERMS

Retailers must see eye to eye on our terms and conditions below (for more detailed terms and conditions then please see the fine print here).  Although disheartened, we may have to reserve the right to discontinue selling our products to stores who do not stay in line.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Orders can be placed by email or telephone. Once you’ve been approved to sell our products, we will email an order form to you. In the not so far future, you will be able to order through our website.

Payments can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), Paypal or check. All orders will be charged at placement of order. 100% payment is required before the order heads out the door.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

If you need to scratch out your order, then please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on embroidered or custom items, unless the product is defective. Just give us a ring within 5 days of receipt of merchandise if there is a problem or concern with your order.  All returned or exchanged products must be it tip top shape - unopened, unused, and in original packaging.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return or exchange orders over $400 of non-defective products (for more detailed terms and conditions then please see the fine print here).

BACKORDERS

In the event that an item is back-ordered, we will notify you on the double and ship the in-stock items in your order unless you request otherwise. Once the item is back in stock, it will ship straight away.

SHIPPING

We bend over backwards to ship your order promptly.  Orders will typically ship within 1 week or possibly up to 3 weeks from order date, although the latter is rather unusual.  Shipping costs will be calculated and charged at time of order placement.  Domestic orders are shipped via UPS  Ground and occasionally USPS Priority Mail for petite orders.

INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER

Upon meeting the minimum order amount, you will receive:

  • Shelf talkers with fabric color swatches that your customer can feel, ooh and aah over
  • "In the Know" cards that can be placed about your facility
  • Our promise to provide you with five star customer support
  • Promotional support and signage emailed to you every once and awhile

DISPLAY AND PACKAGING

All of our products must be showcased and sold in their original packaging. If selling in an online store, a pat on the back must be given to Starlet Satin in the product description.
